Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Gain Bridge ("we", "us", or "our"), a brand owned and operated by ESTRELIO LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of a Stripe or Whop account meeting our compliance criteria (minimum processing history, dispute rate, and account health requirements) to participate in our revenue-share program.

3. Account Access

Participants grant Gain Bridge limited team-member access (Developer or Analyst role) to their payment processor account. We will never request login credentials, two-factor authentication codes, or full account ownership. You retain full ownership and the right to revoke access at any time.

4. Revenue Share

Earnings are calculated and distributed according to the commercial agreement provided at onboarding. Payouts are made on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule via bank transfer, wire, or crypto, depending on jurisdiction and partner preference.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or to violate the terms of service of any third-party payment processor.

6. Disclaimers

Revenue figures referenced on our website are based on the historical performance of existing partners and are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on account health, processing history, compliance, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all access tokens will be revoked and any earned but unpaid revenue will be reconciled within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
